Reservation Instructions
First.......
- You must be registered with the
Microscopy Facility and trained and approved to use the equipment.
- Know and
follow the sign-up rules
- Making a
reservation does not reserve the staff! Make appointments for training
or assistance directly with the staff member.
Then....... The reservation system is very intuitive.
This system uses the same logins and
passwords as the old WIKI system.
- Use the calendars to
select a date and, under an instrument heading, select a "+" at the
start time to add your reservation.
- Enter your name in the "Brief
Description" box
- Enter contact information and
details in the Full Description box.
- Select the
duration. Save.
- Alternativley you can select a
different date on the calendars, or select the "Instrument" heading for
a specific calendar.
- Remember your reservation and
please show up ON TIME (see rules.....)
